Ananya Jain

Career Counselor

Ananya Jain earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Originally from India, she is passionate about helping people build confidence, advocate for themselves, and achieve their personal and career goals.

Ananya has worked with elementary through high school students to develop self-advocacy and life skills. She has also supported DARS and waiver clients in finding meaningful employment through job coaching, skills training, confidence building, and employer partnerships. She believes that strong relationships, encouragement, and practical support can make a lasting difference in a person's life.

Outside of work, Ananya enjoys reading, swimming, playing the ukulele, acting, and singing. She is a passionate animal lover. When she is not working, there is a good chance she is spending time with animals, exploring a new book, or talking about whatever story has captured her attention lately. At the moment, that happens to be Attack on Titan.
