Aquandra Williams

Career Counselor

Aquandra Williams has dedicated her career to empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their fullest potential. With more than a decade of experience in special education, and leadership as a Special Education Educator, she has helped students and families navigate the path from school to meaningful employment and independent living.

As a Career Counselor with People First Services, Aquandra partners with individuals, families, employers, and community organizations to create opportunities that foster inclusion, independence, and long-term success. She holds a Master of Education, is a Certified Autism Specialist and Behavior Specialist, and is currently completing her Doctor of Education in Specialized Curriculum and Instruction. Her mission is to empower abilities, create opportunities, and help every individual discover their potential.

Outside of work, Aquandra enjoys hiking, discovering new TV series to binge-watch, and spending quality time with her husband and their two children. Her faith, family, and passion for serving others continue to inspire both her personal and professional life!
