We are a boutique, clinician-owned agency serving Lynchburg, VA. We believe that the best way to support our clients is to support our Behavior Analysts with autonomy, respect, and pay that covers all of their time.

THE "DIRECT WORK" DIFFERENCE At People First Services, we do things differently: We do not use RBTs.

We operate on a direct-service model. This means you are the one working directly with the client.

• No Supervision Complexity: Maintain direct control over treatment fidelity and patient outcomes. You control the quality of the therapy because you are the one delivering it.

• Premium Pay for Direct Work: We pay you your full BCBA rate for the hands-on work. You get paid a clinician’s rate to do the engaging, therapeutic work that is usually delegated to technicians.

• Deeper Impact: Because you are doing the direct work, your caseload is manageable, and your relationship with the client is stronger.

• Zero Billable Quotas: We value clinical integrity over volume. Our practitioners enjoy an environment free from high-pressure billing targets, allowing for a sustainable and client-centered approach to practice.

• Highest Market Rates: We operate as a 1099 model. While we do not offer health benefits, our pay rates are significantly higher than W2 positions, allowing you to purchase your own preferred plans and still take home more cash.

3. Meaningful Work with Adults Our primary clients are adults supported by DARS (Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services).

• Move beyond early intervention and rote trials.

• Engage in high-level problem solving, vocational support, and community integration.

• Work with a collaborative team (Vocational Rehab Counselors, employers, and families) to build real-world independence.

COMPENSATION

• $105,000 - $149,000 Annually (Based on Full-Time hours).

• Bonuses: We provide a bonus every 6 months equivalent to a paid week off.

WHO WE NEED We are looking for one Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Positive Behavior Support Facilitator (PBSF) in the Lynchburg, VA area who is self-motivated, organized, and ready to leave the "corporate grind" behind.
