Bryar is a passionate and dedicated Job Coach who brings a deep commitment to supporting others while they grow and succeed. A Richmond native, Bryar earned a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, where a strong interest in human behavior and began to take shape.
Bryar went on to work as an ABA Therapist, supporting children with disabilities in their individualized educational, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. This experience strengthened Bryar’s belief in the power of individualized support and laid the foundation for a career focused on making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She is driven by the opportunity to empower others and create lasting, positive change. Outside of work, Bryar enjoys traveling, creating art, enjoying time with her family, and live music.
