Chris Swenson

Career Counselor

Chris Swenson has supported differently challenged individuals for more than 20 years. He started his career as an Employment Specialist and Case Manager, working directly with people with various developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury to build daily living skills and capabilities for workplace readiness.

With academic backgrounds in psychology, human factors, and applied cognition, Chris brings a deep understanding of how different people learn and grow. He later spent more than a decade at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Consultant leading TBI, behavioral health, and workforce development programs for federal agencies — always keeping people at the center of the mission.

Chris believes that productive activity transforms confidence and independence. Everyone has value and purpose, and his work has always been about helping people find their fit.
