Career Counselor
Christy Stegman is an experienced professional in the field of employment services, working with individuals with disabilities. With nearly two decades of experience, Christy has served as an Employment Specialist, Program Manager and Director of Community Services. In these roles she has provided and overseen a wide range of programs to include Supported Employment, Pre-Employment Transition Services, Positive Behavior Support and Benefits Planning.
Christy holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Radford University. She is also certified as a Positive Behavior Support Facilitator and Work Incentive Special Advocate (WISA). Christy remains committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment and greater independence. Above all, Christy is most proud of the connections she has made with the clients and families she has served over the years.
