Jessica Ashkenazi

Career Counselor

Jessica has over 15 years of experience in disability services, specializing in a variety of programming, community integration, and individualized supports. She has her Masters in Therapeutic Recreation, is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and a Certified Inclusivity Assessor. Jessica has led initiatives as an Inclusion and Disability Services Director for all ages for over a decade and managed multiple community-based day programs for adults with disabilities. She is passionate about building meaningful community partnerships and creating opportunities for employment development, job exploration, and internships in inclusive settings. She has a fun-loving approach, enjoys building relationships, bridging gaps, and fostering growth. Outside of her professional work, Jessica is a new mom and loves spending time with her husband and baby boy, staying active, finding new TV shows to watch, and growing her chocolate business!
