Virginia Nyberg, MSW, is a dedicated job coach and career counselor with a strong foundation in social work and experience in employment services. She specializes in supporting students and adults with disabilities, helping them develop skills, build confidence, and access meaningful opportunities for employment and independence.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Virginia earned her Bachelor of Social Work from James Madison University and completed her Master of Social Work at West Virginia University.

Outside of her professional life, Virginia enjoys exploring new places, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and her cat, Freddie. Known for her energy, creativity, and compassion, she is committed to advocating for and empowering the individuals she serves.
